The role includes handling documentation, arranging bookings, and supporting vendor negotiations. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant experience and are proficient in TradeNet and Quickbooks. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for this team-oriented position. Training will be provided.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Well-versed in import and export shipping documentation and procedures, preferably with TradeNet knowledge and sales coordination.
• Arrange bookings, coordinate freight forwarding and customs clearance, and prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and permits.
• Handle billing, verify shipping costs, compare freight quotations, support vendor negotiations, and coordinate with finance on payments.
• To assist with answering incoming calls and generate invoices and data entry to Quickbooks.
• Perform administrative tasks such as document management and providing ad-hoc support to the team.
• Training will be provided.
• Working hours: 730am – 1pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements
