The role blends commercial coordination, analysis and reporting, documentation, and practical process improvements to keep activities organized and on schedule. You will work with the Newbuild Commercial colleagues and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to live tenders, customer engagements and project commercial matters while gradually

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Maritime Studies, Engineering or related.
• Organised and detail-oriented with deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; interest in process improvement.
• Clear written and verbal communication across functions.
• Problem-solving mindset; interest in maritime industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and project commercial activities with deadlines and follow-ups.
• Prepare commercial records, trackers, correspondence and supporting documents.
• Analyse tender pipelines, project costs and margins for senior review.
• Develop and maintain internal newbuild business processes and templates.
• Participate in select meetings and support commercial decisions with data.
