PaxOcean Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Commercial Executive to support business development and commercial activities for the White Ship (Yacht) segment across PaxOcean Singapore and Batam.

You will manage enquiry intake, client and broker communications, and pre-arrival coordination from first enquiry through to vessel arrival, with travel across PaxOcean yards, client vessels and international boat shows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Maritime Studies or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a client-facing setting.
• Organised and responsive with ability to manage multiple timelines while travelling.

Responsabilités

• Act as first contact for enquiries from captains, owner’s representatives, agents and brokers.
• Handle client engagement on smaller enquiries and maintain yacht broker network relationships.
• Coordinate enquiry information for the Yacht Estimator and track quotations against deadlines.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and marketing materials.
• Represent PaxOcean at international boat shows and events across Asia-Pacific and Europe.
• Attend vessel inspections and client meetings at overseas locations on short notice.
• Coordinate pre-arrival requirements with Production and agents, including documentation.
• Maintain enquiry and vessel pipeline in Salesforce and support reporting.
