Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and coordinate team members.
• Planning of shift roster among team members.
• Running different shifts when needed.
• Solve customer complaints and staff issues quickly.
• Managing inventory, check stock levels and reorder supplieswhen needed.
• Open or close the facility and balance cash tills.
• Train new workers and enforce safety rules.
• Coordinate with Outlets on service quality.
