Aufgaben

• Ensure safe shift operation of the plant in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Monitor plant systems and review reports daily to address abnormalities.
• Plan and manage the shift team to ensure safe operation and security.
• Rotate Operations Technician between control room and field to sustain core competencies.
• Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to resolve operational issues.
• Implement optimization projects to improve productivity and plant performance.
• Engage stakeholders to resolve routine contractual or operations issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of daily plant consumption figures.
