Job summary

Victoria Consulting PTE. LTD. seeks an Outlet Supervisor to assist the general manager by interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and disciplining outlet staff. You will ensure opening/closing checklists are completed each shift and monitor performance for continuous improvement.

Daily duties include using a computer to charge customers, prepare forecasts and revenue reports, write correspondence, and produce timely daily and monthly reports to support center operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising outlet staff.
• Experience interviewing and selecting staff.
• Experience in training and disciplining employees.
• Strong data-entry and basic reporting skills.
• Proficient computer use for charging customers and generating forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the general manager in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and disciplining outlet staff.
• Ensure opening and closing checklists, requisitions and duties are completed each shift.
• Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
• Ensure daily service steps are followed by center staff according to training materials.
• Provide guidance for improvement and ensure consistency.
• Utilize computer to accurately charge customers, create forecasts and revenue reports and write correspondence.
• Input and retrieve data and update computer procedures as needed.
• Ensure daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted on time.
