Job summary

BizLink Speedy Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced production supervisor for our sheet metal manufacturing team in Singapore.

You will oversee daily operations across turret punching, laser cutting, welding, finishing, and related processes to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. The role requires hands-on knowledge of NCT turret punching and laser cutting, plus programming and tooling, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication/manufacturing, with supervision or team leadership.
• Hands-on knowledge of NCT turret punching and laser cutting, including programming and tooling.
• Knowledge of TIG/MIG/spot welding and auto-riveting.
• Familiar with polishing, finishing and precision flattening.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM or sheet metal programming software such as AP100, Dr.ABE.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration; willing to work overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily sheet metal production activities across turret punching, laser cutting, welding, finishing.
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet daily output, quality and delivery targets.
• Coordinate material flow across sequential processes for smooth production.
• Optimize turret punching and laser cutting, including tooling and parameters.
• Establish and maintain process standards for finishing, welding and riveting.
• Troubleshoot production and tech issues including warping and distortion.
• Ensure finished parts meet dimensional and surface quality requirements.
• Drive Lean manufacturing to improve productivity and reduce scrap.
• Collaborate with Process Improvement Engineering and cross-functional teams on DFM.
• Provide guidance to technicians and operators on processes and troubleshooting.
• Support overtime or urgent production when necessary.
