About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Intern, Business Development to join our Care Experience team in Singapore.

In this role, you will drive demand generation and revenue growth through consultative selling, strategic partnerships, and exceptional customer relationships. You will manage a portfolio of partners across various channels (including GP clinics, financial advisors, insurance agents, and allied health providers) and serve as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and proactive engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to launch their career in healthcare business development.

This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Manager, Business Development.

Key responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers in their strategy to deepen engagement level with key clients, upsell DA other products, and develop the business pipeline.
• Support the Business Development Manager's identification of new sales leads for the DA suite of products and services and support the sales opportunity cycles.
• Support the coordination with internal business partners to operationalize all deals.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, tender proposals, pricing, and other pitch-related documents.
• Support the preparation and issuance of new contracts and renewal documentation within agreed timeframes.
• Support development and implementation of technical parameters, policies, and frameworks for others to work with.
• Help create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings.
• Assist in automating basic data extraction, cleaning, and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business operations and decision-making.

About you

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree majoring in Business or any other related disciplines.
• Able to commit 3-6 months of Full Time Internship.
• Highly customer-focused individual with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
• Takes pride in the commitment to deliver to internal and external customers.
• Highly motivated and innovative individual possessing the ability to work under pressure and to continuously meet tight deadlines and service standards.
