Job description

You will be joining a highly skilled capability group as a Salesforce Associate, where you will collaborate with clients from diverse industries to develop top-notch software products and services through configuration and customization. Your role will involve presenting technical designs and solutions effectively, interacting with clients and project teams, and creating comprehensive solution documentation. It is essential for you to possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, work well independently, and adhere to project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Marketing Cloud, including Email, Mobile, Automation Studio, content, contact & journey builder
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Expertise in gathering business requirements, analyzing high-level frameworks, and integrating SFDC with SFMC
• Knowledge of API integration, sFTP, middleware, REST & SOAP APIs, and data modeling using SQLs
• Designing and working with large-scale multi-cloud applications
• Possession of Marketing Cloud Email Specialist & Marketing Cloud Developer certifications

Additional requirements

• Knowledge of Social Studio, Advertisement Studio & Interaction Studio
• Incident and problem management skills
• The ability to provide coaching on technology to less experienced team members
