Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting in Singapore is seeking a senior HRIS consultant to own end-to-end module delivery, lead client workshops, and drive solution architecture decisions.

You will develop junior talent, ensure project quality and timely delivery, and uphold team leadership accountability, including stakeholder engagement and governance. A Bachelor's degree and SAP SuccessFactors Certification are required, with 2–4 years of HRIS experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
• Solution Architecture: Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations; guide configuration strategy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary consultant for senior client stakeholders; manage milestones and escalations.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Mentor junior consultants, support HRIS certification journeys, and conduct regular 1:1s.

Role Summary:

Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
• Solution Architecture: Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.
