Job summary

CloudMile in Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs. You will build workflows, forms, UI components, and automation following best practices.

You will handle client/server scripts, business rules, data integrations, and REST API integrations, troubleshoot issues, administer and upgrade the platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Application Developer) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (client scripts, business rules, workflows, UI actions, etc.).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration methods for data exchange with external systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow applications for better performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to support business needs.
• Design and implement workflows, forms, UI components, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
• Write and maintain client/server-side scripts, business rules, UI policies, and data integrations.
• Enhance platform functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Macros, and Service Portal customization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth platform performance and stability.
• Conduct regular system administration, patching, and upgrades to keep the platform secure and optimized.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Assist in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications via APIs and integration tools.
