Job summary

SAKSOFT PTE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer - CSM DevOps to design, develop, and configure solutions across CSM, DevOps, and ITSM modules. You will build workflows, forms, business rules, and UI components while enhancing CI/CD pipeline integration on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on development, strong CSM/ITSM development skills, and DevOps experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total ServiceNow experience with hands-on development
• Strong expertise in CSM module development and customization
• Experience with ServiceNow DevOps including CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Proficiency in ITSM development and platform scripting
• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies knowledge
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub) and third-party CI/CD tools
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform architecture
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working onsite with the customer team in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions across CSM, DevOps, and ITSM modules
• Build and enhance workflows, forms, business rules, script includes, and UI components
• Support and drive CI/CD pipeline integration, automation, and deployment processes on the ServiceNow platform
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following ServiceNow scripting best practices
• Perform unit testing and support QA through defect resolution
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to platform development standards
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, DevOps teams, and other developers to deliver requirements on schedule
• Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities
• Assist with performance optimization and troubleshooting in production environments
