Job summary

Abeam Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow lead to drive enterprise transformation projects in Singapore. You will serve as the technical and functional authority, bridging SAP process design with ServiceNow delivery and ensuring robust finance automation, approvals, and seamless integrations.

You will design scoped ServiceNow applications, build workflow automations for PO/SO/WBS, and lead a cross-functional team in a SAP-led programme.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience beyond standard ITSM.
Proven ability to build custom ServiceNow applications with scoped apps and business logic.
Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP S/4HANA or related modules.
Ability to translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions and documentation.
Excellent collaboration with SAP functional and technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the ServiceNow technical and functional authority within an SAP-led enterprise transformation.
Design and implement finance-related workflows, PO/SO/WBS processes, and Workspace apps.
Develop REST/SOAP integrations and ensure data consistency with SAP systems.
Lead complex multi-level approval workflows with governance and audit trails.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and align with programme objectives.
Maintain platform health, updates, deployments, and security compliance.
