Job summary

Abeam Consulting (Singapore) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow technical and functional authority to lead SAP-led enterprise transformations. You will bridge SAP process design with ServiceNow delivery, ensuring Finance automation, approval governance, and integrations form a reliable, unified solution.

Key focus areas include custom app development (PO, SO, WBS), complex multi-tier approvals, SAP–ServiceNow integrations, and platform governance across dev/test/production.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience building custom ServiceNow applications — scoped apps, custom tables, forms, portals, and application logic.
• Strong experience developing Finance-related processes within ServiceNow, including PO, SO, and WBS-related workflows.
• Strong experience designing and implementing complex multi-level approval workflows within ServiceNow.
• Strong hands‑on experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP — S/4HANA, ECC, or related SAP modules.
• Good understanding of both the functional and technical dimensions of ServiceNow — able to bridge business requirements and platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom ServiceNow applications beyond standard ITSM, with a focus on Finance-related workflows.
• Develop scoped applications for processes including Purchase Order (PO) management, Sales Order (SO) tracking, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) handling.
• Strong experience in Workspace.
• Build reusable components, Flow Designer flows, and Business Rules that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate functional requirements from Finance and business stakeholders into robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain high code quality standards - enforce naming conventions, logging, error handling, and documentation.
