is hiring ServiceNow Technical Consultants and Developers across all levels, from Associates to Senior Technical Consultants, aligning candidates to a primary module specialization based on hands‑on expertise. Role includes designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, building features, and integrating via IntegrationHub and MID Server, with ITOM/CMDB focus areas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• Strong JavaScript skills for Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Solid SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery understanding.
• Ability to translate requirements into platform solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to client requirements.
• Build platform features using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and GlideAPIs.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• For ITOM: Discovery, CMDB design, reconciliation rules, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Translate requirements and user stories into fully functional solutions with BAs, architects, and clients.
• Manage project processes: technical documentation, integration design, work‑effort estimation, and delivery.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide timely updates for client communication.
• At Senior/Lead level: mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, lead client workshops, contribute to pre‑sales.
