Job summary

Far East Hospitality Holdings Pte Ltd seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive growth for Serviced Residences across our Singapore cluster. You will handle daily sales activities, build client relationships, and promote our loyalty program.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with Revenue and Operations teams to optimize occupancy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in hotel sales (property agent, travel agent, travel trade).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization professionally presenting Serviced Residences' products and services.
• Engage in daily sales activities, including telemarketing, sales calls, Serviced Residence visits, entertainment, tradeshows, and presentations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the sales process: establish rapport, ask open questions, follow up, manage expectations, address conflicts, overcome objections, close deals, and gather post-feedback.
• Acquire new sales leads / prospects and establish accounts to expand the client base.
• Foster and develop relationships with existing clients and customers to maintain loyalty.
• Manage leads, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance guest experiences and with Revenue Management to optimize rates and occupancy.
• Provide regular updates to superiors and the team on activities and market insights.
• Meet monthly sales targets to achieve cluster budget objectives.
• Promote and enroll clients in the booker loyalty program.
