Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to receive, inspect and manage inventory of medical equipment and consumables. You will pick, pack and prepare goods for daily deliveries and assist in installation, commissioning and testing of medical and laboratory equipment.

You will carry out preventive maintenance, complete service reports and installation documentation, assist senior engineers with servicing and repairs, and ensure stock accuracy and proper storage.

Qualifications

• ITE/Nitec/Higher Nitec qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to learn and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and manage inventory of medical equipment and consumables.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for daily deliveries.
• Assist in installation, commissioning and testing of medical and laboratory equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete service reports, PM checklists and installation documentation.
• Assist senior engineers with servicing and repairs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and stock accuracy.
• Provide on-site customer support during visits.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company SOPs.
• Attend technical training conducted by the company and manufacturers.
• Perform other duties assigned by Service Manager or Management.

• Carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM), equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete service reports, PM checklists and installation documentation accurately.
• Assist senior engineers with equipment servicing and repairs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, stock accuracy and proper storage of products.
• Attend technical training conducted by the company and manufacturers.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, company SOPs and quality standards.
• Provide professional customer support during on-site visits.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Service Manager or Management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
