Job summary

AGIS Medical Supplies Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Singapore. The role involves assembling new equipment for delivery, performing aftersales technical support, warranty service, and preventive maintenance, and carrying out troubleshooting and repairs as required.

Training will be provided, and the candidate should have basic technical skills with an IT/technical background. Communication in Mandarin or dialect is a plus for interactions with seniors.

Qualifications

ITE/Nitec or O-level qualification is accepted.
Basic technical skills are required for hands-on work.
Experience in technical support is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble new equipment for delivery.
Provide aftersales technical support, warranty service, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot, repair and assist with training as needed.
