Job summary

Rainbow Care Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Delivery and Installation Technician to install and set up home care equipment at customer premises. You will also assist with on-site delivery and equipment collection, and provide basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.

The role requires a valid Class 3 driving license, familiarity with Singapore roads, and a responsible, team-oriented attitude. On-the-job training will be provided; working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate

Rainbow Care is a distributor of home care equipment such as Oxygen Concentrators, Home Nursing Beds, Wheelchairs, Respiratory Equipment, Health Supplements and more.

The Operations Team is looking for a Delivery and Installation Technician to join us as we expand our operations amid increasing demand for medical equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform timely and accurate on-site installation and setting up of home care equipment

• Assist in delivery / collection of home care equipment and supplies to customers

• Basic troubleshooting of home care equipment

• Ensure customer satisfaction and meeting service commitments

• Assist in warehousing activities such as stock receiving, loading & unloading etc

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Manual Driving License with good driving record

• Familiar with Singapore roads

• Independent and a team player

• Responsible individual with good working attitude

Others:

• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays and Alternate Full Saturdays
