Job summary

Shin Guan Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a sales-oriented professional with overhead crane experience or sales exposure in related machinery. The role supports an immediate or short-notice start, works 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work without overtime claims.

• Must be able to read and respond to client inquiries and quotations.
• Willing to learn, proactive in fast paced environment, and able to work independently.
• Mandarin and English proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Finding and securing new customers.
• Attend to client enquiry, site visit, understand, communicate product value, provide solution, provide quotation, negotiating and close deal.
• Track customer interactions and sales data, coordinate efforts with marketing and stay inform about market trends to drive revenue and achieve company growth.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• (With Overhead Crane Related Experience/Sales Experience in other Machinery)

• Able to start work immediately/short notice

• Working hour: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) - 5 days/week

• Working during weekend if require (without overtime claim)

• Candidate must possess at least ITE, Diploma or other related field

• Willing to learn, positive work attitude, work in fast paced environment, able to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skill, excellent at building and maintaining strong relationship with customer and internal team.

• Possess with hoist basic knowledge will be preferred.

• Preferable possess Singapore driving license.

• Able to speak in MANDARIN and ENGLISH. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Subject to quarterly incentive package base on achievement of target sales.
