Job summary

KONE in Singapore is seeking a Service Operations Manager to drive overall service performance and development, safeguarding safety and quality while guiding Maintenance Managers across the Region/District. You will lead initiatives to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and ensure high standards for customer satisfaction.

You will own financial and operational results, coach teams, manage budgets, and drive transformation and collaboration across regions and support functions.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship management skills and experience.
• Market and customer business understanding.
• Wide knowledge of construction industry contracts and their management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Financial performance: Responsible for Region/District result.
• Operational performance: Responsible for Region/District result, including managing costs and driving productivity.
• Strategic development: Tactical and strategic business development for improved Region performance.
• Financial planning: Budgeting, target setting, forecasting, management reporting, and in-year reviews.
