Job summary

WUI HONG M&E ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Service Coordinator to support client scheduling and service coordination while developing HVAC skills.

You will assist in quotations, defect rectifications, and internal process improvements within a collaborative team environment. The role involves planning appointments with contractual clients, expanding the client base, and coordinating with service teams to ensure timely follow-up and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical or Building Services required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and liaise with contractual clients to schedule appointments and maintain service continuity.
• Expand and retain the existing clientele base through proactive relationship management.
• Manage client requests and feedback by assigning appropriate service teams for timely follow-up.
• Assist in preparing accurate quotations and invoices to support client transactions.
• Coordinate with service teams to rectify defects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve internal service department processes.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance HVAC knowledge and skills.
• Prepare detailed paperwork to support daily operations of the service department.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn HVAC installation and troubleshooting on the job alongside team members.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support business operations.

Required competencies and certifications

• Relevant NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical or Building Services
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in HVAC or building services

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Class 3 driving license (Preferred)
