Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings, resolve customer complaints, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Coordinate fault, repair, installation, maintenance, and emergencies to meet timelines and standards.
• Handle client enquiries and feedback, including service recovery.
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines, safety standards, and house rules at all sites.
• Plan visits to check technician performance, job progress, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth site operations and stakeholder relationship management.
• Analyse site performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Be available to respond to emergency calls after hours if required.

• We are recruiting for our client who runs an established ACMV company, for the full spectrum of M&E works.


• Location of the client's operations is in Woodlands, Singapore.


• This is an entry-level role.


• This role will pay you remuneration of up to SGD $3,500.00, commensurate with your experience.


• Working hours shall be 5 days a week, regular office hours.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings, resolve customer complaints, and subsequently coordinate with internal departments to resolve any issues.


• Facilitate and ensure that work related to fault, repair, installation, maintenance, and emergencies are completed within the appropriate timelines and standards.


• Attend to clients' enquiries and feedback, including service recovery.


• To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to understand the needs of each site to solve operational issues, resolve any conflicts, motivate and retain a productive high-performance team.


• Responsible for ensuring adherence to all guidelines set by clients for all site activities, including safety standards and house rules.


• Ensure quality service delivery, and plan visits to check technician performance, job progress, inventory, and customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations at each site.


• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.


• Analyse and evaluate site performance metrics and KPIs, and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.


• Attend to requests and respond to emergency calls after working hours, if required.

Qualifications
