Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in equipment servicing or maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a service team.
• Strong communication to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems relevant to industrial equipment.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to manage field operations safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service team to deliver servicing and repairs.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
