The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Service Line Sales Specialist to drive CIS growth across ASEAN region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution sales, client engagement, and delivery excellence within cloud and infrastructure domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CIS service line sales pursuits, collaborating with delivery, solutioning, and client teams to shape winning proposals and drive revenue growth.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand business objectives and translate them into tailored CIS solutions, including cloud transformation, infrastructure modernisation, and managed services.
- Act as the single point of contact for CIS sales growth in Singapore, orchestrating cross-functional teams and leveraging Cognizant’s global capabilities.
- Develop and articulate technical and business value propositions, ensuring alignment with client needs and Cognizant’s strategic objectives.
- Drive pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, and technical assessments for large-scale transformation programmes.
- Provide thought leadership and market insights, supporting go-to-market initiatives and partnership development.
- Manage stakeholder communications, timelines, and deliverables throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure spanning across sales, solutioning, and delivery roles, with exposure to Tier-1 GSIs, public sector and large enterprise clients in Singapore / ASEAN markets.
- Expertise in cloud, infrastructure, end-user computing, and cyber security transformation programs.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex sales cycles, building client relationships, and delivering business outcomes.
- Strong background in business consulting, requirement analysis, and pre-sales solutioning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
