Job summary

CSA TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a student liaison to support international students with academic progress, living conditions, and wellbeing, and to provide care and guidance.

You will coordinate with parents, deliver home-school updates via videos and messages, organize cultural activities, and assist with airport pickups during peak enrollment; a calm, empathetic communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• Citizenship/PR in Singapore and Mandarin proficiency; strong English preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• At least 1 year of teaching, tutoring, student affairs, or study abroad consulting experience; familiarity with Singapore education environment.
• Willing to appear on camera to film home-school communication videos; comfortable speaking on camera.
• Strong sense of responsibility, patience and empathy; passion for education and accompanying students.
• Excellent organizational coordination, ability to handle multiple tasks independently; high professional ethics and confidentiality.

Job Description:

1. Communicate regularly with students, monitor their academic progress, living conditions, and psychological well-being, and provide necessary care and support.
2. Assist students in addressing practical difficulties encountered during school, such as administrative, accommodation, and social issues.
3. Regularly provide feedback to parents on students’ academic and living situations, promptly share student updates in parent groups through videos, images, and text, and establish and maintain effective home-school communication mechanisms.
4. Plan and organize extracurricular activities that promote student interaction, cultural adaptation, and skills development.
5. Be responsible for airport pickups during the enrollment peak season and provide assistance and support related to living in Singapore.

Requirement:

1. Hold Singapore citizenship or Permanent Resident (PR) status; be proficient in Chinese (Mandarin); good English skills preferred; possess excellent multilingual communication abilities.

2. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above; background in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields preferred.

3. Have at least one year of relevant experience in teaching, tutoring, student affairs, or study abroad consulting; familiarity with the Singapore education environment preferred.

4. Be willing and able to appear on camera to film home-school communication videos; be natural and composed in front of the camera, and not oppose producing spoken content.

5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy; have a passion for education and be willing to accompany students in their growth.

6. Demonstrate excellent organizational coordination and problem-solving skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks independently. Have good moral character, strong professional ethics, and a sense of confidentiality.
