Job summary

Fujitec Singapore seeks a frontline engineering supervisor to monitor performance and safety of staff and elevator equipment. You will oversee inspections and ensure proactive maintenance while coordinating with internal teams and external parties.

The role requires 3+ years on engineering front lines, staff leadership experience of up to 10 people, and a service-driven approach. 24/7 standby duties are expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of frontline engineering experience.
• Experience leading a team of up to 10 people is preferred.
• Willingness to commit to 24/7 standby duties.
• Service-oriented mindset with a customer focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure optimal performance and safety of assigned staff and equipment portfolio, including periodic inspections.
• Maintain real-time awareness, control, and monitoring of all works for the assigned staff and equipment portfolio.
• Communicate clearly with internal, inter-departmental, and external parties to arrange solutions and next steps.
