Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD is seeking a service engineer to install and commission equipment at client sites in Singapore. You will troubleshoot and maintain automated lines, aiming for minimal downtime and on-schedule project delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, PLC knowledge is a plus, and willingness to travel locally and overseas. The position offers a 5-day work week, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a competitive salary and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience servicing production machinery or automated lines with PLC knowledge would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission new equipment, systems and software at client sites, making sure everything runs to specification
• Carry out routine maintenance, diagnose faults and repair or replace components to keep downtime to a minimum
• Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly, often against tight client timelines
• Manage service projects from start to finish to deliver on schedule
• Train and support customers on operating the company’s systems and equipment
• Travel to client sites locally and overseas for installation, servicing and repairs
• Keep clear records of all work, including reports, diagrams and documentation
• Partner with sales, engineering and suppliers to deliver smooth service, while proposing improvements to processes and products
