Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Service Engineer to perform periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC and related systems at our Kaki Bukit site.

The role involves diagnosing faults, providing technical support, and training clients on Operation & Maintenance Manuals. You will build strong client relationships, generate service reports, and ensure safety compliance across projects, following a 5.5-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/ WDS and related systems.
• Diagnose hardware and software faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Execute equipment power-up/ down procedures and respond promptly to emergency service calls (e-calls).
• Provide technical support and onsite training to clients on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with site engineers and customer engineering teams.
• Prepare detailed service reports and submit regular (weekly/ monthly) updates on activities, progress, and corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to data center safety regulations and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
