Job summary

DINGLI in Singapore seeks a field service technician to perform maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both on-site at customer sites and in the workshop.

You will address warranty issues promptly, travel as needed to regional sites, provide feedback on product improvements, and be prepared to travel internationally to support our Southeast Asian operations, ensuring consistent service standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, or a related field.
• Hands-on ability and a willingness to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working on-site and supporting customers with equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service.
• Previous field service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Open to candidates with little or no relevant experience.
