Job summary

Arvato Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments, SAP data, and BOM maintenance across APAC. You will liaise with clients, DCs, and partners to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires customs/compliance knowledge, freight management experience, and strong problem-solving skills. You will support month-end activities and provide guidance to the team in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Customs compliance and declarants certification required
• Experience in freight management within APAC
• Proficient with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal/external customers on shipments and data inputs
• Act as control tower for shipments within APAC, provide statuses and alternatives
• Coordinate with Planner Procurement, Operations, logistics on inventory and replenishment
• Maintain SAP Material Master for new launches and support BOM creation
• Mentor team members and build backup plans for business continuity
• Support month-end/quarter-end/new launches with SDS support
• Assist Accounts processes and update working instructions

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate/communicate with internal/external customers (clients/DC/Global partners/AM) on inbound, outbound, escalation, resolutions, operational activities, reports deliverable & data inputs.
• Act as a control tower for shipment within APAC regions. Provide up-to-date statuses to the clients and share with the client on challenges face for the shipments as well as to provide alternatives solutions for shipments to be delivered on time at destinations.
• Collaborate with Planner Procurement team, Operations, logistics, Distribution team on raw-mat inventory review & replenishment activities.
• Maintain SAP Material Master for new launch & support Bills Of Material (BOM) creation undertakings. Supports UAT.
• Demonstrate good and positive attitude towards each team member with good practices of flexibility.
• Provide guideline, mentoring & solutions to the team members. Build up Back-up plan within the team to ensure business continuity within the team or extended team within the same sections.
• Support Month-end/Quarter-end/new launch for varies region; with SDS support.
• Support Accounts Business processes, backup at least 1 other process & ensure Working Instructions updated.

Requirements

• Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certificate required
• Commitment to customer service with Freight Management Background, Importation and Exportation within ASIA pacific
• Some industry knowledge required.
• Excellent problem resolution skills including influencing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge on using Microsoft Office products.
• Able to work off-hours to facilitate global engagement.
