Yellow Ribbon in Singapore is seeking a energetic team member to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will help prepare beverages and food items while upholding health, safety and sanitation standards, and assist with cash handling and store cleanliness.

We welcome candidates with or without F&B experience; a bubbly personality, excellent English communication, and a proactive, energetic approach are essential. Immediate availability is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in F&B preferred; candidates with no experience but passionate are welcome as training will be provided.
• Outgoing and bubbly personality.
• Must communicate and read well in English.

Job Description:

• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers and maintains a calm presence in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Provides quality beverages and food products while following health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, and maintains cleanliness of the store
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B industry will be an advantage. Candidates with no experience but are passionate in F&B are welcome as training will be provided
• Possess an Outgoing and Bubbly personality
• To be able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with a high level of energy and spirit
• With a great service mindset and able to take feedback positively
• Must be able to communicate and read well in English
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
