You will greet guests, guide them through ordering via table QR, assist with seating and accessibility needs, and handle payments with a positive, customer-focused approach. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks according to recipe.
• Greet guests upon their arrival and advise on table QR code ordering.
• Assist guests with baby chair and/or wheelchair requirements.
• Take order over the counter and handle payment collection.
• Upsell additional items to increase revenue and enhance guests’ experience.
• Serve drink and food orders promptly and accurately.
• Cleaning and setting tables in preparation for new guests.
• Set-up and clearing of restaurant before and after service, depending on shift assigned.
• Prepare and replenish stations before shift starts.
• Maintenance of restaurant cleanliness and workstations.
• Perform opening duties and closing duties as per SOP.
• Attend to guests with their requests promptly and check on guests overall dine-in experience.
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling salads or desserts, as needed.
• Assist guests with enquiries and recommend dishes based on preferences and menu offerings.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager on duty.
