Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation tasks: taking orders, cashiering, consolidating daily sales, serving food and beverages, answering reservation calls.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times and handle feedback.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment.
• Ensure SOP compliance and cleanliness in work areas.
• Assist with food and drink preparations.
• Open and close duties; undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned.
