Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, recording daily sales, serving food and beverages, and handling reservation calls.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times and handle feedback professionally.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment.
• Ensure SOP compliance and keep work areas clean and sanitary.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation.
• Carry out opening and closing duties.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
