• Basic from $4,000 - $5,500 + Incentives
• Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm
• Location: Chinatown

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present clear, timely monthly and quarterly reports on SEO performance and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement scalable process improvements.
• Partner with technical teams to enhance the performance of our award-winning AI SEO tool.
• Oversee and fine-tune SEO campaigns to ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain high standards across all SEO deliverables and strategic outputs.
• Work closely with internal departments to improve overall campaign quality and brand alignment.
• Train and manage international SEO teams to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor search trends and algorithm updates to stay ahead of industry changes.
• Respond proactively to shifting client needs and evolving search engine behaviours.
• Contribute to the development of new SEO business initiatives, including SaaS, licensing, and franchising models.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple SEO campaigns simultaneously, preferably within a dynamic digital marketing agency setting.
• Previous role as a senior SEO consultant with a proven track record in team leadership and mentorship.
• Strong skills in analytics and reporting, with a focus on measuring campaign performance and return on investment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SEO strategies, technical SEO, content optimization, and search algorithm updates.
• Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and data‑centric platforms is an added advantage.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
