Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced SEO/GEO Lead to steer a team of SEO specialists and drive organic visibility across client accounts. The role blends hands-on SEO, strategic leadership, and client relationship management with emerging GEO and AI-powered optimization.

You will lead audits, develop SEO/GEO strategies, optimize content for AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, monitor performance, and report results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SEO experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including audits and backlink strategies.
• Working knowledge of GEO and AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and manage a team of SEO specialists to achieve team KPIs.
• Develop and implement SEO and GEO strategies to improve clients’ online visibility.
• Conduct website audits and manage on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and backlink strategies.
• Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Monitor SEO/GEO performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to achieve client objectives.
• Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and AI developments.
• Improve team workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
