Job summary

MTC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior SEO/GEO lead to develop and execute strategies that boost organic visibility across AI-powered search platforms.

You will lead keyword research, analyses and content optimization while overseeing campaign performance and QA processes. The role requires 5–7 years of SEO/GEO experience, strong technical knowledge, and leadership skills to mentor a team and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of SEO/GEO experience, including senior or team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, content strategy and search engine algorithms.
• Familiarity with GEO, AI-powered search platforms and emerging search optimisation practices.
• Proficiency with GA4, GSC, GTM and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Experience developing SEO/GEO reporting frameworks, dashboards and campaign processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to improve organic rankings and online presence.
• Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimisation strategies.
• Oversee SEO/GEO campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend site performance enhancements.
• Improve visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews and AI-powered platforms.
• Lead, mentor and manage team members for timely delivery.
• Establish campaign benchmarks, reporting frameworks and QA standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams for optimization strategies and client presentations.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms and AI search trends.
