Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco and seeks a Lead Security Architect to drive enterprise-wide security architecture, including Zero Trust, threat modelling and secure-by-design practices. You will collaborate with architects, engineers and executives to deliver secure, resilient solutions that protect customers and critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Network security including macro/micro segmentation, ZTNA, SASE, SD-WAN, perimeter security.
• Infrastructure and systems security.
• Threat modelling.
• Zero Trust security architecture.
• Experience in Security by Design principles.
• Industry security certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, CISM, CCSP or equivalents.
• Ability to orchestrate across cross-functional teams under pressure and manage expectations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish Zero Trust security architecture strategy across Singtel IT and Enterprise.
• Plan, prioritize and develop a roadmap to enhance Cyber capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in Cybersecurity.
• Monitor emerging risks and industry-wide attacks and mitigations.
• Present security themes and risk posture to executive leadership and governance committees.
• Translate cyber risks into business impact language.
• Lead execution of Zero Trust initiatives and perform threat modelling across projects.
• Develop reusable security reference architectures and design patterns.
