Job summary

JJOBB LLP in Singapore seeks a seasoned WSH Manager to oversee safety compliance and raise site standards across projects islandwide. You will lead incident investigations, implement policy improvements, and drive a culture of workplace protection in a fast-paced environment.

You must hold a valid Workplace Safety and Health certification and have at least five years’ experience managing safety operations in industrial settings, with solid knowledge of local legislation and risk assessment

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Workplace Safety and Health certification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing safety operations in an industrial setting.
• Deep understanding of local safety legislation, building codes, and risk assessment frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage safety audits and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments to pre-empt hazards.
• Lead incident investigations to identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Coordinate and facilitate safety training programs for staff.
• Maintain safety documentation and prepare compliance reports for management and authorities.
• Work with project managers to integrate safety requirements into daily operations.
