Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Workspace Security Engineer (AVP/VP) to lead endpoint security across Microsoft technologies. You will shape security policies, deploy configurations, and drive automation to protect enterprise user computing.

The role requires 8+ years in EUC or cybersecurity, hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID, and policy-based controls. A collaborative, enterprise-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in EUC, endpoint engineering or cybersecurity in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with Intune, M365, Entra ID/Azure AD and device compliance.
• Experience translating security requirements into policy and practical configuration.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Engineer endpoint security policies and technical controls.
• Define and implement policy designs, configurations, and guardrails.
• Develop monitoring and reporting for policy deployment, compliance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with security and technology teams to strengthen controls.
• Produce engineering documentation, tests, and operating procedures.
