Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Workspace Security Engineer to strengthen security policies across Microsoft endpoint and modern workplace technologies. You will own policy engineering, design, automation, and control assurance, turning security requirements into practical configurations.

With 8+ years in EUC or cybersecurity, you will shape secure endpoint solutions, use PowerShell and Graph APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust workspace security controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of EUC/endpoint engineering or cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on with Intune, M365, Entra ID/Azure AD, and GPO/AD configurations.
• Experience migrating GPO to Intune and large-scale device management.

Responsibilities

• Engineer endpoint security policies and technical controls.
• Contribute to roadmap and evolution of endpoint security capabilities.
• Translate requirements into practical policy designs and configs.
• Configure Intune, M365, Entra ID, CA, and device compliance.
• Define standards, guardrails, and exception requirements.
• Develop monitoring and reporting for policy deployment and compliance.
• Produce engineering docs, test evidence, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with security and tech teams across the enterprise.
