Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Associate, Workplace Operations to oversee and optimize workplace services in Singapore. You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and building collaborations while leading projects such as alterations and certifications to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver efficient, cost-aware operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Workplace Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace support services or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of budget management, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Budget Planning: Develop and manage the workplace support services budget with resource allocation.
• Contract Management: Oversee contracts with vendors and service providers, including renewals and terms.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Project Management: Lead workplace-related projects such as A&A works; support sustainability and accreditation processes.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on utilization, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Liaison with Building Management: Serve as the main point of contact for building management on workplace matters.
• Process and Cost-Driven Execution: Apply process-driven, cost-effective methods to all tasks.
• Support for In-House Events: Provide logistics for events, post-event evaluations, and follow-ups.
