Job summary

Michael Page (Personnel) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HRIS Integration Developer to own Workday integration development initiatives across the region.

You will enhance Workday and SAP SuccessFactors integrations, collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, and ensure seamless data exchange across regional HR systems. The role requires hands-on Workday integration experience, expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, plus familiarity with REST/SOAP/XML/JSON.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Workday integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SFTP.
• Experience supporting HR, payroll, or HCM integrations.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Workday integrations to ensure accurate HR data exchange.
• Analyse requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
• Configure, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Monitor interfaces and resolve integration issues.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on integration changes.
• Maintain technical documentation and support processes.
• Enhance existing Workday integrations for improved performance.
