Job summary

Michael Page (Singapore) is partnering with a well-established multinational to recruit an HRIS Integration Developer focused on Workday and SAP SuccessFactors integrations across the region. You will own integration development initiatives and improve performance.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and RaaS, plus REST/SOAP/XML/JSON/SFTP skills. SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus. Regional scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Reporting, and RaaS.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Workday integration projects.
• Good knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SFTP.
• Experience supporting HR, payroll, or HCM integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and production support skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and document technical solutions effectively.
