Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise financial or ERP platforms, including design, configuration, implementation and production support (Workday Financials preferred).
• Deep understanding of finance and planning domains: core financial management, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, projects, expenses, supplier management.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into scalable system solutions and lead lifecycle activities.
• Proven expertise across the full application development lifecycle and large-scale ERP/cloud transformations.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME across enterprise finance systems, supporting modules like Financial Management, Procurement, Banking & Settlement, Projects, Expenses, and Supplier Management.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design concepts, configure systems to meet needs.
• Lead system configuration, testing, deployment, and end-to-end delivery from design to go-live.
• Prepare estimates, implementation plans, and testing strategies based on requirements.
• Collaborate with finance leaders to understand goals and drive system-driven improvements.
• Facilitate design reviews and present options with trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
• Drive delivery of enhancements and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Participate in change management, user enablement, and post-go-live support.
