Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience administering Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, DHCP, and Certificate Authority.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes (incident/change/problem).
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Monitor health, performance, capacity; perform patching and backups.
• Manage AD, DNS, Group Policy, and DHCP configurations.
• Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure incidents and troubleshooting.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and runbooks.
