Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a senior Windows environment specialist to manage complex infrastructures. The role focuses on Windows OS, Hyper-V, and Failover Clustering with hands-on VMware exposure.

A bachelor’s or engineering degree is required, with 8–10 years in Windows environments and 3–5 years in financial institutions. The candidate will work in rotating shifts to cover Europe business hours, and on-call support on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience managing Windows environments; 3–5 years in financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s or engineering degree.
• Subject matter expert on core technologies – Windows OS, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering.
• Knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, VRLI) is a plus.
• Hands-on with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Alea series).
• Hands-on with Python, PowerShell and Workflow integration tools.
• Knowledge of patching tools and Active Directory.
• Ability to solve complex problems spanning multiple technologies and disciplines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills.
• Customer service oriented and a strong team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and a commitment to solving issues.
