Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Sr Wets Equipment Engineer to lead maintenance and optimization of AMAT Raider toolsets in the wafer fab. You will own equipment performance, coordinate start-ups, and mentor technicians to improve yield and throughput.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 10+ years in electroplating with AMAT Raider tools, and hands-on experience with Nova Ankolyzer bath analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics).
• 10+ years of experience in electroplating using AMAT Raider tools (Raider Edge on site).
• Strong knowledge of bath analysis systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment performance and drive improvement projects for maintenance cost, reliability, yield, and throughput.
• Manage new equipment start-up activities, including vendor coordination and qualification for production acceptance.
• Provide technical support to Assistant Maintenance Engineers and Technicians; develop CM/PM procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Train and guide engineers/technicians to enhance troubleshooting skills and reduce downtime.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing targets.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
