GMP Technologies is seeking a Sr Etch Equipment Engineer to lead maintenance optimization for AMAT Raider-equipped lines. You will own equipment performance, drive start-up activities, and coach junior staff while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet wafer production targets.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in electroplating with AMAT Raider tools, strong analytical skills, and hands-on PCB/electrical knowledge. Independent work and collaboration across departments are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Electroplating processes using AMAT Raider tools (Raider Edge on site).
• Strong knowledge with bath analysis systems supported by Nova Ankolyzer.
• In-depth technical expertise of related equipment and processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of equipment performance and drive improvement projects to reduce maintenance cost per wafer.
• Manage new equipment start-up activities, including vendor coordination and equipment qualification for production acceptance.
• Provide technical support for specific tools to Assistant Maintenance Engineers and Technicians.
• Develop CM procedures and troubleshooting guides to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Establish PM procedures to maximize maintenance efficiency without compromising quality.
